Members of Community Presbyterian Church in Pinetop hold a vision which
offers the hope of nurture, justice and love through Jesus Christ, our Lord. We plan to live the vision by engaging in a joyful worship and compassionate mission to our community and the world. Our beliefs, founded in the Bible, empower our church family to live in the world as ambassadors of the good news of God's love. Our faith is enriched by worship, the sharing of sacraments, and fellowship. With the help of the Holy Spirit, we strive to be stewards of God's creation and seek to share our gifts, our resources and caring service with others.
Commuity Presbyterian invites all people to participation and membership,
regardless of social, economic, ethnic, political, sexual, and other categories that are used elsewhere as the basis for discrimination.

Mission Yearbook - October 12, 2008
Pinetop Community Presbyterian Church
Mission outreach through our local congregation and Presbyterian Women include:
- Mountain Mission Clinic, a local volunteer medical mission, developed as a nonprofit organization designed to help deliver health care on a local level to the indigent and semi-indigent people of Navajo County, Arizona. This clinic also strives to serve as a Christian witness to the community simultaneously, using the example of Jesus Christ and His ministry as a guide in all areas of work and witness. Among our membership are a number of volunteers that are professionals in the medical field.
- Local mission projects also include Hospice, Safe House, Alzheimer's, Meals on Wheels, Heifer Project, CASA (Court Appointed Specials Advocates), Love Kitchen, Prisoner Ministry, and the Humane Society.
- Arizona contributions include Cook College and Theological School in Tempe, AZ and Hopi Mission School in Kykotsmovi (via escript), established in 1951 and still the only Christian School on the Hopi Reservation.
- Internationally, we minister through Curamericas and Esperanza by sending medical supplies. Our own Dr. Steve Thompson escorted over-the-counter bottles of donated prescription medications from doctors' offices in North Carolina and Arizona directly to the USAID-funded Senkata Clinica project site in Bolivia.
