2007-2009 Book of Order
The text of the
2007-2009 Book of Order is now available in a downloadable format (pdf) at
www.pcusa.org/oga. It does not yet include indexes (currently being prepared), nor does it include links in the text to passages within the book. The full text version of the book and its indexes (along with links) in a downloadable format (pdf) is expected to be available by the end of August 2007.
The delay in publishing the updated Book of Order (both online as well as the print version) is a result of the late determination of the vote on the amendment to Chapter XIV in the Form of Government. Not only did the text of that chapter change significantly, but also references to that chapter throughout the remainder of the book had to be verified and changed to reflect the current text and reference numbers. This version is posted in order to provide current text for your use in the interim.
The print version of the
2007-2009 Book of Order will be available by the end of August 2007.
