The Presbytery of Grand Canyon is hereby called to meet for its Stated Annual Meeting on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Faith Presbyterian Church, Sun City. Registration is scheduled to begin at 7:30 AM on Saturday, with the meeting to begin promptly at 8:30 AM.

Highlights for this Stated Meeting as reflected on the Tentative Agenda are the following:

• The Service of Worship will be led by Outgoing Moderator, Elder Glyndon Morris and Rev. Karen Muenich. The service will include the Installation of Rev. Karen Muenich as Moderator, and Celebration of the Lord's Supper.
• Election of Moderator-Elect Nominee Elder Gloria Young, Southminster Presbyterian Church, Phoenix
• Dedication of Mission Pledges
• Report of the Interim Executive Presbyter Rev. Dave Wasserman
• Elections to the 219th General Assembly (2010) of Two Elder and Two Minister Commissioners and a Youth Advisory Delegate
• Report of Council/Trustees and Reflections on 2009
• Report of the Ganado Administrative Commission
• Commissioning of our 2010 Native American Consultants Rev. Martha Sadongei and Rev. Norma McCabe
• Report of the Bills and Overtures Committee and Discussion and Voting on the Proposed Overtures to the 219th General Assembly (2010)
• Singing the Faith and Remembering the Baptized Saints Who've Gone Before Us
• Exploring the Meaning of Baptism
