Lifting up Jesus Christ from beautiful Lake Havasu City, we are a family of believers proclaiming the astonishing message of a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. With joy in Christ and under the authority of God’s Word, we encourage one another to grow in intimate fellowship with Christ, to know our Lord through our personal lifestyles, to build healthy relationships, to support each other through prayer, to touch others with the compassion of our Lord Jesus and to take the initiative in witnessing for Christ.

Mission Yearbook - December 7, 2008
Community Presbyterian Church is striving to revitalize its ministry in the growing community of Lake Havasu City. Having two distinctly different services with a Christ-centered message of primary importance at both services, we desire to reach out to all peopl3 in our community. A projection system has been installed in our sanctuary and this system enables us to project song lyrics, announcements, and sermon notes on large screens. At our celebration service, we sing with a praise band using a variety of contemporary Christian music. Traditional hymns with organ accompaniment are used at the classic service. We welcome everyone to our church where our motto is: "Where Jesus is Lord and People are Loved!"
Many opportunities for spiritual growth and Christian fellowship are provided. A Men's Bible Study and three Women's Bible Studies meet regularly. Working with the Havasu Alliance Church, our church hosts AWANA - a club for children to memorize scripture in fun ways. An active Presbyterian Women's group supports organizations in our community and worldwide projects of our denomination. Various other groups and activities are ongoing.
