Mission Yearbook - February 15, 2009

This is an exciting time for Crosswinds. Our new home is completed! The un-packing and moving of the office, equipment, furniture, kitchen supplies into our new house of worship is done. It is a good feeling knowing that we finally have a permanent home. There is still much to be done. We look forward to the planting of our trees and finishing up the work on the inside, and with the help of the congregation we will prevail. Yes, we have been like nomads wandering, but soon we will be home. With our heartfelt thanks to those of you who have worked so hard to get us where we are today, we are truly blessed.

With our new location we also have a new community in which we can be a place for those wanting to build relationships, find a place for worship and meet new friends to share the good times, as well as the hard times we all face. The elementary school next door provides us with a wonderful chance to help with volunteering in different projects and meeting more people in the community. All in all, this could be a time for us and the surrounding neighborhood to come together and be what we as followers of Christ need and must do, spread the word of God.

From the 19th Avenue exit, take Beardsley east to 15th Avenue and turn right. Crosswinds is located on the southeast corner of 15th Avenue & Beardsley.
