Action item deadline
Any entity desiring an action by Presbytery Council/Trustees will provide the motion and rationale to the Stated Clerk (in writing or by e-mail) one week prior to the Council meeting. This will provide Council members with sufficient time for study, reflection, and prayer.

Presbytery agenda
Requests for time at an upcoming Presbytery meeting will be brought to the Stated Clerk (in writing or by e-mail) no later than the Council meeting immediately prior to the Presbytery meeting. (Of course, as always, the sooner requests are made for time on the docket, the better.)
