Valley Presbyterian

Our Mission:

Celebrating over 50 years of ministry and mission, Valley Presbyterian Church continues to be a thriving center for worshiping, growing and serving Jesus Christ. Valley Presbyterian offers both traditional and contemporary Sunday worship services, Wednesday night Midweek Education classes with weekly meals and program offerings for all ages, as well as small groups and other fellowship opportunities. Our goal is to be a community where Jesus Christ transforms lives. Programs focus on our four ministry areas: Attracting, Belonging, Serving and Equipping. Our Community Initiative is through MentorKids and serves Southminster Presbyterian Church in south Phoenix, where volunteers come for Days of Service to beautify the Southminster campus. Volunteers helped to build a community garden and baseball field and provided needy children with several hundred Christmas gifts. Our International Initiative is with Ministry of Hope (MOH), which was established by Malawian Presbyterians as a local, community-based response for meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the growing number of children orphaned by the AIDS epidemic. In the midst of our world's economic concerns, we continue to be truly blessed with the riches of God's love and grace in Jesus Christ!
