Celebration of Life Presbyterian

Our Mission:

A critical part of Celebration of Life's (COL) responsibility in this world is its caring, healing and compassionate service to all people, reflecting the love and justice of God.
Celebration of Life church members assist our local and world community through our support of and participation in a variety of causes. Our children contribute coins weekly to an actual piggy bank and at the end of year decide what animals to buy via Heifer International. The church also participates in the CROP (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty) Walk each year which supports grassroots, hunger-fighting development efforts of Church World Service partner agencies in some 80 countries. Locally, we are active in supporting the Guadalupe Food Bank, and are in the process of establishing a community garden on our church site to promote neighborly interaction, self-sustainability, and environmental awareness. Other organizations that we support in numbers, spirit, and funding include: Borderlinks; Presbyterian Health, Education and Welfare Association (PHEWA); No Longer Silent; and More Light Presbyterians (member church).
